God is in control of the life of a righteous man; he takes charge of his life and guides him on where and where not to go. Whatever they touch or do in their life will yield interest, and God will not let them fail from any angle.

This scripture is really for those who fear God; when a man fears God, He will do what pleases God and will not what to go against the laws or commandments of God. Here God delights in such a man and will never let him see shame.

Proverbs 16:9 – He is ready to direct the steps of the righteous.

According to this scripture, it is true that God determines our steps even though we make our plans.

The question is will God direct and guide the action of a sinful man? It should be noted that it’s the step of the godly that God requires and determine.

If we want God to direct our step, we must first acknowledge Him as the only one; in other to do this; we must stop doing things that contradict His law and commandment; we are to walk in the path he wants us to walk according to His word. Then He will determine our course.

Proverbs 20:24 – God wants the best for us.

As believers, when we put God in our plans, failure has no place in it because God will work and perfect it for us without encountering any setbacks.

Proverbs 3:5-6 – Faith is essential.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

When it comes to the things of God, faith is fundamental. God wants those who call on Him to hail because the scripture says so, but they should contact with the belief that only He has the power to destroy and make them alive.

Believers are to have complete trust and confidence in God and never to doubt Him in any way or form; they are to trust God even amid storms or trail.

We are never permitted to rely on or lean on our understanding, but we should always depend on God for everything; then, he will lead us.

Jeremiah 29:11 – God has a good and lovely plan for us.

God always has a better plan for us when we understand who God is and believe in Him. He created us in His image out of love.

If not, He wouldn’t have made us look like something else He did to animals, yet He created us to be like Him. So with this, we should understand that the plan of Him creating us was for a good one.

God has a good and lovely plan for us, and it is not just a plan that will end anytime soon; it’s a plan that will lead us to an expected end he assigned and arranged for us when we were formed from our mother’s womb.

Isaiah 58:11 – God will continually satisfy our desire.

And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

This promise is a continuous promise which will never end. According to the scripture, God will continually satisfy our desire, which means God will not stop to help us with whatever we desire from Him.

What a father we have in God that has made such promises to His children and will even make our bones strong; this is to make us stand in the days of the adversary. In other, for us to get all this, we need to trust and believe in Him for everything.

John 16:13 – We should always ask His Spirit to lead and control us in everything we do.

 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.

As believers, we are to create the spirit of truth, which will lead us to the fact. Many believers have lost it because they are led by their flesh and also walk in the flesh.

As believers, we ask His Spirit to direct and control us in everything we do with God’s spirit.

Walking in the flesh has mush disadvantages that will never let us as believers attend to the point God wants us to be; instead, we’ll be left behind in the dark, and the fear of God, which Kindles God’s control over us, will be down.

We, believers, should know that God guides us into all truth by speaking to us through the inspired Holy Scriptures.

He is the One that unveils the gracious character of God, teaching us to live a life that’s pleasing to Him by directing us along the most beneficial way through His wise and gentle child training.

It is the word that we hear and read that guides us in our everyday duty in life. According to Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp to guide My feet and a light for my path.” so we need to study His word and make it part of our life.

God doesn’t dwell in a dirty place; whenever our heart harbours someone, our heart is cloudy. It’s not clear for God to live.

It is for you to let go of any grudges you hold against anyone so that God can dwell in there.

Even David being a man after God’s own heart, didn’t have a right spirit because he sinned against both God and man, and he saw that the nature of God was gradually leaving him; he now called on God to impact him with the right spirit which will help him live a righteous life.

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

According to this passage, iron sharpens iron. There’s no possibility that wood can sharpen an iron, likewise God.

God cannot dwell in a sensual body; He can’t dwell in a body full of lies, sexual immorality, and a body with so many grudges and hate towards others.

To let God live in your life and have a safe place, you must first be of the spirit, which won’t be found in you all the sensual acts.

As believers who want God to use us in a greater dimension should put away a life of deceit, malice, and hypocritical lifestyle so that God can have a place in us.

It is possible that when God Begins something in your life, He is ready to accomplish it. All we need to do is never allow anything carnal to come near us which may try to bring down God’s glory upon us.

God will never stop a project in our lives when he starts it; our attitude toward our lives will determine how long his presence will be.

How can we keep our hearts with all attention? There are things as believers you are not permitted to say, there are words you aren’t allowed to hear, there are movies you are not allowed to watch, and there are friends you are not permitted to keep.

All this will help guide you against derailing from your fate.
